1. Remove the plastic shrink from the plastic dome.

2. Thaw pie at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.

3. Remove dome lid.

4. Slice and serve - ENJOY!!


Conventional Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove plastic shrink wrap from the pie.

2. Thaw pie for 5 - 7 minutes at room temperature; using a fork gently vent the top of the pastry crust 4 - 5 times.

3. Place the pie on a cookie sheet in the center of the oven. Always bake the pie from a frozen state. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. To ensure quality please check the internal temperature of the pie with a food thermometer - desired internal temperature is 165 F. Remove the pie from the oven and let cool before slicing and serving. ENJOY!!

Baking Tips:

1. Check the pie after 45 minutes. If necessary, cover edges of the crust with aluminum foil to avoid excess browning. Do not cover the center of the pie.

2. For a beautiful golden flakey crust appearance, brush on a beaten egg before baking - avoid brushing the edges of the pie with egg.
